Bailey Strategic Innovation Group is one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the west coast of the United States. Our methodology defies typical consulting. We work to leverage your organization's most powerful resource, its people, as we help you move forward in ways that you may have thought impossible. People often believe that leadership must focus on either organizational culture OR business strategy; this is one of many false-dichotomies we debunk. Our experience has shown us that those who are truly successful do both. We exchange the divisive 'OR' for the inclusive 'AND.'
Why "This Feels Different"
Almost certainly in your life, there is something that you want to change or something that you want changed. The problem is that our conversations, our meetings, our 'brainstorms', our arguments, our retreats feel exactly like all of the other conversations, meetings, brainstorms, arguments, and retreats we've ever had. After decades of working with people and organizations, we know that when it feels different, a different result is coming. Almost everything that we do at Bailey Strategic Innovation Group is designed to make it feel different; so that our clients are finally able to achieve the results that they desire.

Introducing the BSIG
Principles of Human Understanding ™
Introducing the BSIG
Principles of Human Understanding ™
Based on BSIG research in psychology and neuroscience, we have developed these principles that help explain why we (adult humans) act and think in certain ways.
Have you ever noticed that arguments quickly turn into proving why you're right instead of resolution? Have you ever noticed people miss 'common sense' details when following your direction? We all have, because these principles are universal to adults. When you thought of arguments, did you think of someone else instead of yourself? (That's an example of principle 7)
The power lies in understanding these principles so we can be more effective leaders and communicators.
For more information on how the Principles of Human Understanding™ can work for you and your organization, please feel free to contact us.

What We Do And Why We Do It
Bailey Strategic Innovation Group provides a vast array of services to meet the needs of your organization. Including:
These items represent that 'what' that we do. However, more importantly, we are focused on 'why' we do this work. Our methodology is focused on Alignment, Awareness, and Action. When we help you achieve these three things, meetings will begin to feel different, conversations will begin to feel different, productivity will begin to feel different.
Awareness is when the members of your team are aware of strategic or cultural direction of the team. It is alarming how often this step is missed.
Alignment is when the members of your organization or team are all focused on achieving the same goal. Without alignment, many well-intentioned people work very hard and ultimately do little to advance toward the strategic goal.
Action is when the members of your organization start giving discretionary effort toward achieve the strategic or cultural goal. Action is where the rubber meets the road.
