Brooke Hamilton is an experienced project manager and workplace strategist with over 14 years of experience as a public servant. She has spent the last seven years conducting organization change management for large public agencies. Brooke specializes in developing emerging workplace strategies to foster successful implementation of innovative workplaces. Brooke assists agencies in creating innovative workplaces by the alignment of physical space, people and technology with the unique culture, goals, and operations of agencies.
Brooke was instrumental in creating the State of Washington's first modern co-working space for State employees, called Modern Office Destination (MOD WA). Using physical space as a proxy for culture, organizations have seen Brooke's modern office environments serve as a recruiting tool. Brooke has a bachelor’s of Science degree from the Evergreen State College. She enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, and time with her family.
Brooke, her husband Justin, and their two daughters, Sienna and Kaya, live in Western Washington.
