Daniela 

Daniela Riding is the Executive Assistant and Logistics Ninja for Bailey Strategic Innovation Group. She has a strong background in Biotechnology Research and started her career at 16 when she completed her first internship at the Granite Technical Institute (GTI). Her vault of knowledge and experience includes cancer research (enzyme production/synthesis), DNA extraction and quantification, behavioral research, HPLC, and PCR among others. 

In 2022 she decided to change the course of her career and try something that was not STEM-related, allowing her to develop new skills and expand her network. 

Daniela loves helping others improve their day-to-day operations so they can free up their time to be with those they love.

Daniela has an Associate of Science degree in Biology, along with a Leadership Certification with High Distinction from Utah Valley University. 

She is a soccer fanatic, loves The Home Edit, and has been singing since she was little. She and her little family love to be outdoors and cook together.
