Ashley 

Ashley Fannin Marslender is an experienced leadership coach with demonstrated success in strategic and leadership challenges with military leaders. Her love of aviation and coaching led her to obtain a Master's of Science in Leadership through Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

After achieving her undergraduate degree in managerial marketing from Kent State University, Ashley began her career managing corporate contracts at a major U.S. airline. In her role, Ashley expertly navigated contractual obligations and cross-organizational relationships to leverage the full capabilities of the agreements. From there, she relocated to South Korea and started work as a marketing consultant, helping to standup a brand name maritime sports application. As a leadership coach, Ashley has mentored multiple military leaders, including former Air Force Thunderbirds and fighter squadron commanders.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys discovering new places and traveling around the world. Her favorite hobbies include running, flying, and hiking.
