Amy Bradbury brings a passion for developing highly effective organizational teams and initiatives to Bailey Strategic Innovation Group. Amy uses her extensive public sector experience to support organizational development and cross-department effectiveness. Reflecting on her substantial experience in training, development, and project management coupled with her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, Amy teaches and models how to lead authentically and build relationships that lead to collaborative initiatives and sustainable results.

Amy currently resides in Eugene, OR where she engages her passion for coaching and helping others discover their best selves. As a curious lifelong learner, Amy enjoys collaborating with content experts to combine powers for workplace best practices, employee wellbeing, and creative solutions. Amy loves living in the Pacific Northwest and enjoying all that is has to offer as well as traveling with her friends, family, and the best dog in the world.
